About me
My Journey & Approach

My path to healing began long before I even realised it.
As a teenager, my late grandmother introduced me to energy work, spirituality, and the unseen forces that shape our lives - a tradition that runs deep in our family. She taught me about spirit, manifestation, and how to protect and work with energy. At the time, I didn’t fully embrace these teachings - I was still navigating my own struggles, caught in cycles of rebellion and avoidance after a childhood filled with trauma. For years, I tried to escape my emotions, running from my pain instead of facing it. But when my grandmother passed, everything changed. Her loss was the turning point that led me to truly embrace my gifts. I stopped numbing myself, began working with my shadow and inner child, and committed to my own healing. Through this deep transformation, I found my purpose: to guide others on their own journey of self-discovery and healing. Now, as a registered counsellor, coach, and Reiki Master Teacher, I integrate both traditional therapeutic techniques and spiritual practices to create a holistic approach to healing. I believe that true healing happens when we nurture the mind, body, and spirit together. My role is to hold a safe, supportive space where you can release what no longer serves you, reconnect with your authentic self, and step into your personal power.
